How to rent a property out.
I originally came across your site by searching Google. It looked a good site but you never know these days. Many make claims but can't back up the claims. I had a unit to rent out.
I had placed an expensive ad in the weekend paper, got tons of enquiries but didn't like any of them really, probably because you can't truly say in a newspaper ad exactly what you are looking for and you can't fully describe the place you're renting out; because the ads are so expensive that is.
However, as a back up I had also placed an ad in the Exchange. Within a day I had two enquiries from your ad, both of which I accepted as suitable tenants and I rented it out to one of them. So this time - last week - I just placed an advert in your site, I have had a few enquiries but they were from overseas an not arriving for a few weeks, but two days ago I had a contact that I have accepted, they had paid the first two weeks rent already via the internet and they move in in the weekend. So, from my perspective your site is the best for advertising rental accommodation.
Well done. I would also add that the small price to upgrade the ad to blue and photos is definitely the way to go; not to mention the fact that upgraded ads are placed first of course - I think that's essential. Highly recommended.
